How To Book
Booking is simple. Just follow these four steps.
Text the following information to (925) 922-2023 (preferred) or email Ted@teddent.com.
- 1. Include three photos of your damage.
- a. Stand five feet away from the car.
- b. Take one straight-on shot.
- c. Take two photos that are at a 45-degree angle.
- 2. Include the make and model of your vehicle.
- 3. Include location preference.
- a. It’s preferred that you come to the shop in Pleasanton.
- b. If you require mobile service ($75 charge), please specify that, along with your location. Mobile service can be completed in a driveway or garage (not on the street).
- 4. You will receive a response, with a quote, within 24 hours. The work is typically completed in one day.
Bringing your vehicle in during COVID-19
We strive for contact-free service.
We work on the outside of your vehicle. We wear masks and gloves when we move your car to the repair area.
To further minimize contact, please leave your vehicle in the shop parking lot, drop your keys in the Key Box at the reception desk (or night slot if it’s after hours), and pay remotely (Venmo preferred). If you prefer to talk in person, or pay cash, masks are required (outside, please).
- 1.Park your vehicle in the shop parking lot.
- 2.Grab a key-drop envelope by the front door, fill it out, sign it, insert your key, and slip the envelope through the key-drop slot in the front door. If you prefer, you may hand the completed envelope to a worker in the lobby area.
- 3.Text Ted at (925) 922-2023 to inform him you’ve dropped your car and keys.
- 4.We encourage remote payment (Venmo preferred). If you prefer to talk in person, or pay cash, masks are required (outside, please).
